«Донецький академічний обласний драматичний театр (м. Маріуполь)» представляє документальну виставу «Маріупольська драма» — автентичне свідчення акторів, які разом із сотнями мирних мешканців перебували в будівлі театру під час трагічних подій березня 2022 року.
16 березня — дата, що назавжди закарбована в історії Маріуполя. Саме цього дня будівлю драматичного театру було зруйновано внаслідок бомбардування. У приміщенні переховувалися мирні жителі, серед них — багато дітей. Цей день став символом трагедії та болю.
Вшановуючи пам’ять загиблих та нагадуючи світові про цю трагедію, театр вирушає з показом до Лондона.

Про виставу
«Маріупольська драма» — це 60 хвилин максимально напружених епізодів цілісної історії, у якій глядач стає безпосереднім учасником подій.
На сцені — реальні історії виживання в драмтеатрі, розказані очевидцями тих подій:
Вірою Лебединською (керівниця музично-драматичної частини),
Оленою Білою,
Ігорем Китришем — акторською родиною разом із сином-школярем Матвієм.
У постановці використано особисті речі, привезені з Маріуполя, а також авторські відео, збережені у смартфонах оповідачів.
Текст — Олександр Гаврош (за розповідями акторів).
Режисер-постановник та музичне оформлення — заслужений артист України Євген Тищук.
Сценографія — заслужена діячка мистецтв України Емма Зайцева.
Цей показ — акт пам’яті, підтримки та солідарності.
Це голос Маріуполя, який звучить на сцені Лондона.

The Donetsk Academic Regional Drama Theatre (Mariupol) presents the documentary performance “Mariupol Drama” — an authentic testimony of actors who, together with hundreds of civilians, were inside the theatre building during the tragic events of March 2022.
16 March is a date forever etched in the history of Mariupol. On that day, the Drama Theatre building was destroyed as a result of bombing. Civilians were sheltering inside, including many children. This day became a symbol of tragedy and pain.
Honouring the memory of those who perished and reminding the world of this tragedy, the theatre brings this performance to London.

About the Performance
“Mariupol Drama” is 60 minutes of the most intense episodes of a complete story, where the audience becomes a direct witness to the events.
On stage are real survival stories from inside the Drama Theatre, told by eyewitnesses of those events:
Vira Lebedynska (Head of the Musical and Drama Department),
Olena Bila,
Ihor Kytrysh — an acting family together with their school-age son Matvii.
The production uses personal belongings brought from Mariupol, as well as original video footage preserved on the storytellers’ smartphones.
Text — Oleksandr Havrosh (based on the actors’ testimonies).
Director and musical design — Honoured Artist of Ukraine Yevhen Tyshchuk.
Scenography — Honoured Art Worker of Ukraine Emma Zaitseva.
This performance is an act of remembrance, support and solidarity.
